प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा के लिए कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर से मिलें- डीसी

कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग द्वारा गैर ऋणी किसानों के लिये प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिये विभिन्न गावों में कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर की शुरूआत की गई है। इन कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टरों द्वारा हरियाणा के लगभग 5000 गावों में अपने प्रतिनिधियों की ड्यूटियां भी लगाई गई है। उपायुक्त डॉ. जेके आभीर ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि फतेहाबाद जिला के सभी गावों में लगभग 312 सी एस सी स्थापित किए गए है, जोकि गैर ऋणी किसानों को प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के अन्र्तगत फसलों का बीमा करवाने का कार्य करेगें व किसानों को बीमा करवाने के लिये फसलों के निर्धारित प्रीमियम जोकि धान (578.70 रुपये ), कपास (558.47 रुपये), बाजरा (271.14 रुपये) व मक्का (218.53 रुपये) प्रति एकड़ के अलावा कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर को किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
    डॉ. आभीर ने किसानों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे अपनी खरीफ  फसलों को प्रतिकूल मौसम की मार से सुरक्षित करवाने के लिये बीमा करवाने हेतू अपने नजदीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर के इंचार्ज से आगामी 31 जुलाई तक सम्पर्क करके अपनी फसलों का बीमा करवाकर प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की मार से किसान अपने आप को सुरक्षित करें। खरीफ  फसलों की बीमा करवाने की अंतिम तिथि 31 जुलाई निर्धारित है। इसके अलावा सभी ऋणी किसानों से यह भी अपील है कि वे अपनी उचित फसल का ब्यौरा सम्बधित बैंक शाखा (जिसमें कृषि ऋण लिया हुआ हो) में फार्म-सी तुरन्त जमा करवायें, ताकि उसी अनुसार फसल का बीमा किया जा सके। अन्य किसी भी तरह की जानकारी जैसे की कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर के प्रतिनिधि या गांव के लिये अपने सम्बन्धित कृषि विकास अधिकारी, कृषि विभाग, बैकं शाखा या कम्पनी के प्रतिनिधि (बजाज एलायन्स इन्श्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड) से सम्पर्क कर सकते है।

What is CSC  OR Common Services Centre

The CSC is a strategic cornerstone of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP), approved by the

Government in May 2006, as part of its commitment in the National Common Minimum Programme to introduce e-governance on a massive scale.
The CSCs would provide high quality and cost-effective data content services, in the Rural and Urban areas as e-governance oprator in the all Fields of all local body and Government services  education, health, medicine, entertainment as well as other Govt or private services as per Government rules.
 A highlight of the CSCs is that it will offer web-enabled e-governance services in rural areas, including application forms, certificates, and utility payments such as electricity, telephone and water bills.In addition to the universe of G2C services, the CSC Guidelines envisage a wide variety of content and services that could be offered as listed below:

• Agriculture Services (Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Veterinary)
• Education & Training Services (School, College, Vocational Education, Employment, etc.)
• Health Services (Telemedicine, Health Check-ups, Medicines)
• Rural Banking & Insurance Services (Micro-credit, Loans, Insurance)
• Entertainment Services (Movies, Television)
• Utility Services (Bill Payments, Online bookings)
• Commercial Services (DTP, Printing, Internet Browsing, Village level BPO).

The Scheme creates a conducive environment for the private sector and NGOs to play an active role in implementation of the CSC Scheme, thereby becoming a partner of the government in development of rural India.
